Benjamin Scott "Ben" Falcone (born August 25, 1973) is an American actor, comedian and filmmaker. He is married to actress Melissa McCarthy, with whom he has two children.[1][2] He appeared in small roles of McCarthy's films Bridesmaids, Identity Thief, and The Heat, and co-starred in What to Expect When You're Expecting and Enough Said.

Comedy film Tammy, his directorial debut starring McCarthy, was released in 2014. Falcone also directed The Boss, which also starred McCarthy.

Personal life

Falcone was born in Carbondale, Illinois, to Peg and Steve Falcone.[3][4]

Falcone married his longtime girlfriend, actress Melissa McCarthy, on October 8, 2005.[5] The couple has two daughters, Vivian (born May 5, 2007) and Georgette "Georgie" (born March 2010). McCarthy's pregnancy with Vivian was written into the last season of Gilmore Girls.[6]
