Benimaru Itoh
Benimaru Itoh (伊藤 紅丸 Itō Benimaru, born December 25, 1950) is a Japanese illustrator employed by Nintendo.
Itoh illustrated the comic adaptations of Star Fox and Super Metroid that were serialized in Nintendo Power in 1993 and 1994 respectively,[1] as well as a comic adaption of EarthBound in 1993. Itoh also illustrated the official player's guide for Pokémon Snap,[2] Pikachu Meets the Press[3][4][5] and Pokémon Tales books, including Bulbasaur's Trouble.[6][7]
He was also one of the musical contributors to the 1996 PC game SimTunes.
