Justice Benjamin William Bawa, KC (1865 – 1923) was a Ceylonese (Sri Lankan) judge and lawyer. He was a Puisne Justice of the Supreme Court of Ceylon.
The son of Ahamadu Bawa a proctor. He was educated at the Royal College Colombo played at the Royal–Thomian and went on to the University of Cambridge. He was called to bar at the Gray's Inn.
Bawa married Bertha Marian Campbell Schrader, daughter of a Surgeon from Kandy. His sons where Geoffrey Bawa, who followed his fathers profession and became a lawyer, yet soon became a renowned architect and Bevis Bawa a renowned landscaper.
