Benjamin Trinks (born 15 October 1990) is a German actor and a Synchronous speaker.
Biography
At the age of eight he was admitted into the child ensemble, at the Berlin Friedrich City Palace. Here he first experienced the stage in various revues. Through appearing in music clips for Michael Schanze's variety shows, he then came to the attention of TV executives. In 2004 he appeared in his first major television role in the ZDF series "Sabine". Shortly after roles followed in TV shows like: "ZACK" (Sat.1), "Krimi.de" and (KI.KA).
At the beginning of 2007, Trinks played Warrenville in the radio play, "a pact, a kiss and softy knee". At the same time he was filming the boarding school series "Schloss Einstein" as Nick. Before appearing in the second series of Disney's "Kurze Pause" in April. The third series was shot in the Summer. In addition, Trinks took part in an On-Camera master Class with Nancy Bishop, an US-American casting Director. In April he finished Shooting his role in the Berlin edition of "Tatort" and " Die Stein. " other recent projects have included hosting ARD's evening news show.
On 29 November 2007, Trinks was the interview guest of Italian theatre star and singer Mafy on the Italian radio station "radiosound 95". They talked about "Kurze Pause" which is shown in Italy as well as Germany on the Disney channel. Both are in the sitcom in their respective countries. They both already knew each other from presenting the live feed from the London premier of High School Musical 2.
To round off a busy year, in 2007 Trinks took over a role in the American customer' in "Der Vorleser" (The reader). The film starred the British actors Ralph Fiennes and Kate Winslet. The film will come out in 2009. He played Dominik in the short film 'Teacher' (AT).
