The Bennett Building is an historic structure located in downtown Council Bluffs, Iowa, United States. The building is seven-stories tall and rises 86 feet (26 m) above the ground.[2] It has historically been the tallest building in downtown Council Bluffs and was previously an office building. It is now an apartment building. The Bennett Building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001. J. Chris Jensen, a local architect, designed the structure.[1]
