Benoît Dauga (born 8 May 1942, in Montgaillard) is a former French rugby union footballer. He captained the French national team on nine occasions. He was a part of the French team that won a Grand Slam in the Five Nations in 1968, as well as the championship wins in 1967 and 1970. He played for France over 60 times. He usually played as a lock.
