PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk or Bentoel Group is an Indonesian second largest tobacco company after Sampoerna. In June 17, 2009, British American Tobacco, the world's second largest tobacco company, acquired an 87% stake in Bentoel.[1] In early 2010, the company was merged with PT BAT Indonesia Tbk. Currently, the company logo uses the BAT identity standard.
