Bernard Frederick was a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1910s, playing club level rugby union (RU) for Newport RFC, and playing representative level rugby league (RL) for Wales, and at club level for Oldham, as a Loose forward/Lock, i.e. number 13, in the era of contested scrums.[1]

International honours

Bernard Frederick won a cap for Wales (RL) while at Oldham in 1913.[2]
