Betül Taygar (born August 24, 1997) is a Turkish women's ice hockey player. Curremtly, she is a member of Narmanspor team playing as forward. She takes part in the Turkey women's national ice hockey team. Shooting right-handed, she is 1.62 m (5 ft 4 in) tall at 54 kg (119 lb).[1]
Betül Taygar was born in Erzurum on August 24, 1997.[1][2]
Sports career
Club
Betül Taygar played for Erzurum Gençlik SK before she transferred to Turkish Ice Hockey Women's League team Narmanspor.[1][2][3] During her time at Erzurum Gençlik SK, she was instrumental for leading her team to two regional championships.[4]
International
Betül Taygar plays at the 2014 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II Group B matches in Reykjavík, Iceland, at which she scored two of the eight goals in total for her team.[5]
