Beth Revis is an American author of fantasy and science fiction, mainly for the young adult audience. She is best known for the Across the Universe trilogy, which consists of the novels Across the Universe, A Million Suns and Shades of Earth.[1] Revis resides in North Carolina.[2]

Publications

Revis' first published novel was Across the Universe,[3] which debuted on the New York Times Bestseller List for Children's Chapter Books at #7 in January 2011.[4] There have been two sequels to the book: A Million Suns (January 2012) and Shades of Earth (January 2013), as well as a standalone novel set in the same universe, The Body Electric (2014).

She has also written short stories in the same universe that appear in After, edited by Ellen Datlow and Terri Windling,[5] and Shards and Ashes, edited by Melissa Marr and Kelley Armstrong.[6]
