Between the Sheets is the debut studio album of British R&B group The 411. The album contains the hit singles "On My Knees" featuring Ghostface Killah, "Dumb" and "Teardrops". Following the release of the album the group was dropped from its record label after poor sales of the album. However the album was released internationally.
The album was certified silver on 10 December 2004.[1]
