Beyond the Search is a documentary project[1] developed and produced by Jared Madden,[2] directed by Kyle Portbury and executive produced by John Gate and Neale Schofield. Funded by the Seventh-day Adventist Church it was produced at the Adventist Media Network Studios in Sydney Australia and will be presented and promoted by the Seventh-day Adventist owned television network HopeChannel.

Feature documentary series

There are 14 episodes in the feature documentary series, with principal photography taking place in more than 14 countries around the world. The series features three presenters who travel the globe to find stories that give evidence to the biblical world view. The series was directed by Kyle Portbury, with cinema-photography by Gorden Brown. Original score music was composed by Michael Price.

Awards

The feature documentary series has won several awards in 2012 as well as being officially selected by the United Nations Chicago Chapter to be screened at the UNA Global Wakeup Festival of Film, Literature and Creative Arts 2012.[17]

TV Show

Explore Beyond is a 29 part TV talk show which included over 30 people giving evidence from the Bible to the views expressed in the feature documentary series. Explore Beyond is scheduled to premiere on the HopeChannel in February 2012.

Original score music composed by BAFTA and EMMY AWARD nominated Michael Price and includes nine original songs by various singer songwriters from around the world.
