Bielnik Drugi [ËˆbjÉ›lnik ËˆdruÉ¡i] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina ElblÄ…g, within ElblÄ…g County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.^[1] It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of ElblÄ…g and 90 km (56 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).

The village has a population of 280.
