Biette de Cassinel
Biette Cassinel (1340-1380), was the royal mistress of Charles V of France, from 1360 until 1380. She has been referred to as the first official mistress of a French monarch.
Her brother Ferry Cassinel was bishop of Lodève in 1375, later bishop of Auxerre, and eventually Archbishop of Rheims.
It's rumored John of Montaigu was her son
