Big Butt Mountain

Big Butt Mountain is a summit in Buncombe and Haywood counties, North Carolina, in the United States.[1] With an elevation of 4,767 feet (1,453 m), Big Butt Mountain is the 326th tallest mountain in North Carolina.[2]

Butt in this context is a corruption of butte.[3]
