Big Reed Pond in Montauk, Long Island in New York State is a freshwater pond that is mostly undeveloped. It was where the Montaukett tribe lived until the mid-19th century. It is a National Natural Landmark[1] and is connected to Theodore Roosevelt County Park.
There is a hiking trail open to the public.[2]
