William "Bill" Armstrong (born Gloucester, Massachusetts, January 19, 1932; died Frazier Park, California, January 2, 2000)[1] was an American television game show producer and announcer. He produced The Hollywood Squares for several years, and later was a business partner with Squares host Peter Marshall in a production company.[2]

Armstrong also co-produced and announced on Celebrity Sweepstakes[3] and The Reel to Reel Picture Show.[4]

Armstrong was 67 at the time of his death.
