Bill Clement was a Canadian politician, who represented the Charleswood-Tuxedo ward on Winnipeg City Council from 1983 to 2010. Clement was a partner in his family business, Aqua Pleasure Pools. He died May 3, 2010 after a long battle with cancer.[1]
He was the chairperson of the Standing Policy Committee on Infrastructure Renewal and Public Works.
Following his death, the city's Charleswood Parkway was renamed the William R. Clement Parkway in his memory.[2]
