Bill McGuire (baseball)
William Patrick McGuire (born February 14, 1964 in Omaha, Nebraska) is a former Major League Baseball catcher for the Seattle Mariners.
McGuire was drafted by the Seattle Mariners out of the University of Nebraska in the 1st round (27th overall) of the 1985 Major League Baseball Draft. He made his major league debut in 1988 and also played in the majors in 1989. He played his final professional season in 1992 for the Single-A Peoria Chiefs in the Chicago Cubs organization.
