William "Bill" Stromberg (born March 10, 1960) is a former American football player. He attended Loyola Blakefield for high school. He is considered as one of the best wide receivers in NCAA Division III history as the holder of six national and 13 school records. Stromberg is a member of the Johns Hopkins Hall of Fame and was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame in 2004.
