Birger Carlstedt

Birger Carlstedt (12 July 1907, in Helsinki – 3 October 1975) was a Finnish pioneer of Modern Art. He studied at the School of the Fine Arts Association of Finland and the Central School of Applied Arts in Helsinki.

He developed a non-figurative abstract form of expression.
