Bishungarh, also known as Vishungarh, is a village in Uttar Pradesh (UP), India. It is located in the Chhibramau tehsil of Kannauj district.

History

Bishungarh included the administrative district of Chhibramau until 1997, when the Farrukhabad district of Uttar Pradesh was divided. According to this division, Chhibramau and Bishnugarh are included in the southern Kannauj region.

Agriculture

Potato, sugarcane, and tilhan (an oilseed) are the main agricultural products in the area. Raipura village is famous for being one of the larger producers of potatoes in the area. It is connected to the Mainpuri district in the south.
