Bistrița (Romanian pronunciation: [ˈbistrit͡sa]; also known as Bistrița Vâlceană) is a river in the center of Romania, flowing into the Olt River. It starts in the Căpăţânii Mountains forming one of the narrowest gorges in Romania and some beautiful caves.
