Blackburn Central High School is a coeducational secondary school located in Blackburn, Lancashire.[1]

The school was formed from the merger of Beardwood High School and Blakewater College and relocated to a new combined campus in September 2012. Construction of the new school site was funded by the Building Schools for the Future programme.[2]

It is a foundation school which is administered by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, and offers GCSEs as programmes of study for pupils. The school also shares a campus with Crosshill Special School.[3]
