Blaine Higgs (born March 1, 1954 in Woodstock, New Brunswick) is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick in the 2010 provincial election. He represents the electoral district of Quispamsis as a member of the Progressive Conservative Party of New Brunswick.[1]
