Blastobasis rebeli, the marsh dowd moth, is a moth in the Blastobasidae family. It is found on Madeira[1] and was first recorded from Hampshire, Great Britain in 1998.
The wingspan is about 13 mm. In Britain, adults have been recorded in July.[2]
