Bloomington Kennedy High School
Kennedy High School (also known as John F. Kennedy Senior High School) is one of two public high schools located in Bloomington, Minnesota, USA. Named after former president John F. Kennedy, it was opened in 1965[1] due to the rapid growth of Bloomington at the time. The school had been a member of the Lake Conference since the school opened. The school left the Lake Conference after the 2009-10 school year to become part of the new South Suburban Conference. In 2014, Kennedy joined the new Metro West Conference.

Performing Arts
Show Choir
Kennedy High School has an award winning show choir program. They currently have three show choirs. Rhythm in Gold is their varsity show choir. In 2015 they won grand champs at Waconia Star Power. This was their first Grand Championship in seven years. In 2016 they received four grand championships. The most they have received in recent history. Also Diwan Smith received best male soloist at every competition in 2016. Throughout Diwan's years in Rhythm in Gold, Diwan received best male soloist 12 times. This makes him the most awarded male soloist ever to be apart of Rhythm in Gold.
East Side Swingers is Kennedy's junior varsity show choir. They frequently win best in their division. Men in Motion is Kennedy's newest show choir. It is an all male show choir that competes at the Junior Varsity level.
