History
Blue Marble Jack cheese was developed by Nasonville Dairy of Nasonville, near Marshfield, Wisconsin. Master cheesemakers Tom Torkelson and Ken Heiman.
Properties
It is a blue-veined semi-soft cheese made from cows' milk curdled with animal rennet.
Uses
The cheese can be used in sandwiches, with crackers, or either crumbles in salads or melted in cookery.
