The BoÄ‘ani Monastery (Serbian: МанаÑтир Бођани, Manastir BoÄ‘ani) is a Serbian Orthodox monastery in the BaÄka region, in the northern Serbian province of Vojvodina. The monastery is near the village of BoÄ‘ani, in the BaÄ municipality.
It was founded in 1478. Many of the church frescoes were the work of 18th-century painter Hristofor Žefarović.
Bođani Monastery was declared Monument of Culture of Exceptional Importance in 1990, and it is protected by Republic of Serbia.
