Previously known as SDV and rebranded as of January 1, 2016,[1] Bolloré Logistics is a French transport and logistics company, a fully owned subsidiary of the Bolloré Group. The company offers five types of services including multimodal transport, customs and regulatory compliance, logistics, global supply chain, and industrial projects.

With its headquarters in Puteaux, on the western outskirts of Paris, France, the company runs a global network of 601 agencies and employs 21,000 professionals worldwide in 105 countries.[2]

History

In 1885, Bolloré Logistics was formerly established in France as a freight forwarder specialized in trade lanes from France to Africa. Since 1986, Bolloré Logistics has been the main logistics subsidiary of the Bolloré Group and experienced a worldwide development in all domains of global logistics.[3]
