Boots On The Ground By Dusk: Searching for Answers in the Death of Pat Tillman, published by Blurb, Inc. is the updated paperback release of the original hardcover book published in 2008 by Rodale, Inc.

In the book, Pat Tillman's mother, Mary, recounts what the family has gone though in the years following his death. The book is co-authored by Narda Zacchino, an editor for the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper.

The paperback edition of Boots on the Ground by Dusk is being released in tandem with the film The Tillman Story, a documentary by director Amir Bar-Lev. The film features candid interviews with Pat’s fellow soldiers and his family. The film is narrated by Josh Brolin. The Weinstein Company is distributing the film.
