Boris Grishayev (born June 21, 1930 – 1999)[1] was a marathon runner from the Soviet Union, who won the silver medal at the European Championships in Bern, Switzerland, before compatriot Ivan Filin. He won the Soviet title in the men's marathon in 1954, clocking 2:27:05.6 on July 1 in Moscow.[2] He competed at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne.[1]
