Borowy Las ([bɔˈrɔvɨ ˈlas], German: Borowihlas) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sierakowice, within Kartuzy County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-west of Sierakowice, 31 km (19 mi) west of Kartuzy, and 60 km (37 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

The village has a population of 144.
It was the birthplace in 1896 of Franziska Schanzkowska (Franciszka Szankowska; later Anna Anderson), who gained notoriety for claiming to be Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna of Russia.
