Borwornsak Uwanno
Borwornsak Uwanno (Thai: บวรศักดิ์ อุวรรณโณ; born October 19, 1954) is a Thai legal expert, professor of Law at Chulalongkorn University and currently, the secretary-general of King Prajadhipok's Institute. He is the draft member of the 1997 Constitution of Thailand, and was previously served as Cabinet secretary-general under the Thaksin-government.
Drafter of the 1997 Constitution
Borwornsak was a member of the House Ad Hoc Committee on Constitutional Reform (1993–94) and a member of the Committee of Democracy Development that amended the 1992 Constitution.[1] In 2015 he served as chairman of the Constitution Drafting Committee (CDC) which was implemented after the May 2014 coup.[2]
