The British Journal of Anaesthesia (BJA) is a monthly peer-reviewed medical journal published by Oxford University Press on behalf of the Royal College of Anaesthetists and the College of Anaesthetists of Ireland, of which it is their joint official journal. The journal covers all aspects of anaesthesia. The current editor-in-chief is Ravi P. Mahajan[1] (University of Nottingham). The BJA was founded in 1923, one year after the first anaesthetic journal (Anesthesia & Analgesia) was published by the International Anaesthesia Research Society.

BJA Education

Renamed from Continuing Education in Anaesthesia Critical Care and Pain (CEACCP), BJA Education aims to strengthen the educational platform provided by the BJA as a whole.
