Brandon Phelps (born August 16, 1970) is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 118th District since he was first sworn into office in January 2003,[1] which includes the Southern Illinois counties of Alexander, Pulaski, Massac, Pope, Hardin, Johnson, Saline, Galatin with parts of Union County, Jackson County and Hamilton County.[2]
Phelps is the nephew of former U.S. Representative David D. Phelps.
