Brihadbala

Brihadbala (Sanskrit: बृहदबाल) The name of Brihadbala is mentioned in the list of the kings belonging to the Ikshvaku dynasty. His name appears at the end of the list of the Ikshwaku kings from Lava to Brihadbala. He was the king of the Kosala Kingdom, and the son of King Vishrutavanta. The name of Brihadbala also appears in the article on ‘Abhimanyu’ where it is mentioned that Abhimanyu killed Brihadbala, the king of Kosala, who belonged to the Ikshwaku dynasty.
