Brindlequin

Brindlequin is a type of coat coloring found only in the Great Dane, a dog breed classified among the mastiffs. The coloring is a white coat with spots/patches (a pattern known as harlequin) where the patches are brindle. Either the harlequin pattern or the brindle pattern is acceptable by most kennel clubs in the Great Dane,[1] but a combination of them is not, thus a brindlequin coat will prevent a dog from receiving a prize at a dog show.
