Bucculatrix niveella is a moth in the Bucculatricidae family. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Texas and Maine.

The forewings are snow white, very faintly tinged with yellowish on the front of the tuft and in the apical part, with a few scattered brown scales in the costal ciliae and two distinct dark brown hinder marginal lines in the dorsal ciliae.[2] Adults have been recorded on wing from June to August.
