Amietophrynus camerunensis is a species of toad in the family Bufonidae. It is found in Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Nigeria, possibly Republic of the Congo, and possibly Tanzania. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, freshwater marshes, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
