The Building at 202–204 Charles Street in Waltham, Massachusetts is an example of multi-unit residential housing built in the city in the early decades of the 20th century. Built in 1913, the 2 1⁄2-story wood-frame building has well-preserved Colonial Revival styling, with pillared supports and turned balusters on its two-level porch, flanking projecting bays on both sides of the porch, and an extended cornice with modillions.[2]
The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
