Bunyip railway station is located on the Orbost line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the town of Bunyip opening on 8 October 1877.[1] The remains of a former goods platform and crane are opposite the single platform.

The track up to the western end of the station was duplicated in 1956, but the section from Bunyip to Longwarry remains as single track due to the bridge over the Bunyip River. The line was electrified in July 1954, before being removed between Bunyip and Warragul in December 1998, and Pakenham and Bunyip in 2005 as part of the Regional Fast Rail project.[1]

However, a substation and short section of overhead that are listed on the Victorian Heritage Register, have been retained to the west of the station.[2]
