Buton Palace Museum

Buton Palace Museum, originally the Wolio Palace, is a palatial fortress located in Bau Bau, southeast Sulawesi. The palace was built in the late 16th century for Sultan Buton III and was the residence of the Buton Sultanate.[1] Heritage performances are given inside the fortress.[1]
