The CAHDİ Party (abbr. XİSBİGA) (Somali: Cadalada, Horumarİnta, Dİmuqradİyada İyo İsqadarİnta; English:Justice and Development of Democracy and Self-Respectfulness Party) is a modern liberal party of Somalia.
The CAHDİ Party is a member of the Africa Liberal Network, which is the main liberal network on the continent.
The party has a broad comprehensive program to stabilize, reform and modernize Somalia into a modern liberal federal state that will reconstruct the nation of Somalia and the institutions of the government.
The CAHDİ Party is led by liberal activist who is the chairman of cahdi party H.E Prof. Abdirahman Abdiqani İbrahim Bile.
