The todays Group evolved from the company Formatest, founded 1985 in CH-Ostermundigen. Founding of CCS Customer Care & Solutions Holding AG in 2003: joining of Formatest AG and Asian Elsuma AG. In 2011 Private Equity Partner "Zurmont Madison Management AG" became majority shareholder, which led to additional growth:
