CERT-EE

CERT-EE is the Computer Emergency Response Team for Estonia, established in year 2006 is responsible for the management of security incidents in .ee computer networks. Its task is to assist Estonian internet users in the implementation of preventive measures in order to reduce possible damage from security incidents and to help them in responding to security threats. [1]

It was tasked with responding to the computer attacks on Estonia unleashed after the Bronze Soldier of Tallinn incident.[2] At the time, it was directed by Hillar Aarelaid.
