CKIZ-FM is a Canadian radio station in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada, airing an adult contemporary format at 107.5 FM branded as 107.5 Kiss FM.

The station began broadcasting in 1947 as CJIB at AM 940 kHz and went through different ownerships over the years. On March 15, 2001, CJIB was converted to the FM band at 107.5 MHz becoming Vernon's first ever FM radio station.[1] In late 2001, CJIB adopted new call letters as CKIS which lasted until 2003, at which time it took the current callsign CKIZ, and changed formats to hot adult contemporary. CKIZ-FM reverted to AC in 2007.

(CKIS is a current callsign of a radio station in Toronto, Ontario).

On February 25, 2005, Rogers Radio the owner of CKIZ-FM, was given approval by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) to add a 10 watt FM transmitter at Enderby, British Columbia at 93.9 MHz to rebroadcast the programming of CKIZ-FM, which was no longer receivable there after its conversion from the AM band in 2001.[2]

As of 2010, the station is now owned by the Jim Pattison Group as it acquired the station from Rogers Radio.

Although, Rogers Media owns the Canadian rights to the KISS FM brand in Canada, CKIZ-FM still maintains the "Kiss" name with an adult contemporary music format.

The call letters CKIZ were previously used by a part-time community radio station located in Pincher Creek, Alberta, originally licensed to operate only 35 hours per week.[3] That station operated at least through October, 1994.[4]
