CSO Ovidiu is a Romanian professional football club from Ovidiu, Constanța County, Romania, founded in 2004.

History
At the end of the Liga III 2008–09, the club finished 2nd in the series and participated in the promotion playoff to the Liga II. However, the club lost out to FC Viitorul Constanţa, and was enrolled for the 2009–10 season in the Liga IV.
