Caddo Hills School District 28 is a public school district based in Norman, Arkansas, United States. The district encompasses 320.04 square miles (828.9 km²) of land of Montgomery County including all or portions of the communities of Caddo Gap, Norman, Glenwood, Bonnerdale, Oden, Mount Ida, and Black Springs.
