Cadfarch is a community a few miles to the south and south-east of Machynlleth in Powys in Wales. The community's border is also the border between two counties: Powys and Gwynedd. In 2011 the community had a population of 855 with 538 of them Welsh speakers.[2]
"Cadfarch" is also the name of a 6th Century Welsh Saint.[3]
